Ok, it appears after checking that it was fixed in CVS too, thanks.
A quick look in CVS nl.po tells me the error propagated to another
message, probably through a new fuzzy message:

msgstr ""
"Vermaakt de inwoners van een stad en maakt daarbij drie ontevreden "

Note the lack of period at the end of the message.
