Hello,
The translation of "waste" is done in two slightly different ways in the 
source: "Waste: " and "Waste: ",
which means that it has to be translated twice by everyone.

"Waste:"   #: client/gui-mui/citydlg.c:1416
"Waste: "  #: client/gui-gtk-2.0/citydlg.c:563 client/gui-gtk/citydlg.c:577

It's not a big deal, though :)
