I don't think so. It is not necessary and not very effective: it might
be wrong. Also memory is another (big) issue.

AFAIK there is also a memory in the city tile display of the main map:
the flag of the tile. So, if the player wants to use the client memory,
he can use a waypoint, on his own risk.
