Not at all.

A year ago I could have sworn it would be lost - most patches submitted
simply evaporated.  Development is much more active now and I'm sure you
will get a reply.  But we don't have the kind opf community that processes
to everything within days.

Apparently we need more developers.  (I am not one.)
This problem has been discussed before without a clear resolution.
