Game: Upgrade Legion to Musketeer: 3 units upgraded
Game: Upgrade Carrier to Super Carrier: 2 units upgraded

Otherwise I'm for putting both singular and plural forms in the ruleset.

Also, I don't think "1 Settlers upgraded" is incorrect. The name of the
unit is "Settlers" singular and "Settlers" plural, since we never deal
with individual settlers.
