The send_player_turn_notifications(NULL); is now sent after all is
updated. So i think that for now that needs no change.

It is sent at the time the server is able to gain new movement orders.
Perhaps the movement should be done after some of the other activities.
But i thought make the change as small as possible.

I tried it out, and the AI plays as lousy as ever. No difference *g*

Nur weil das Aufzeichnen, Kopieren und Schnüffeln bei elektronischem 
Datenverkehr leichter als bei der klassischen Post ist, darf man es nicht
einfach tun.
