No comments .. so here is the patch.

I'm not shure whether that should be split in more parts. But the
solution now is the minimum i think.

Nur weil das Aufzeichnen, Kopieren und Schnüffeln bei elektronischem 
Datenverkehr leichter als bei der klassischen Post ist, darf man es nicht
einfach tun.
