[Freeciv-Dev] gettext remark

I just encountered that autogen.sh doesn't work anymore:

+ checking for msgfmt >= 0.10.38 ... found 0.10.37, not ok !

I have a fairly new system, Suse 7.3 !

Also, --with-included-gettext does not help me out of that.

Besides this, it compiles fine, probably because it uses
old Makefiles. And L10n is fine, AFAICS, too!

But when I do --with-xaw3d --disable-nls, I never get
back to GTK after this :-(

So I guess, this is the intended behaviour, and I missed
some point in discussion. And I'm going to update ...

But maybe you consider that something's wrong with this.
At least, I suggest, you give a hint on the website
that a fairly new gettext is needed.
