Hi,

I write to propose the use of a spherical world map. With 12 pentagons
and a variable number of hexagons a figure that looks like a sphere can
be made. Here's a picture of a 4500~ tile map of Earth. With a map like
this, the polar regions would be as playable as any other region and it
is much more realistic than a torus map.
