As you can probably tell, I don't really like string handling :-). Feel free to clean this up more if you want. Hopefully it should be at least without bugs now...

Also, I've expanded the entries for American cities so that most major cities have four terrain labels. I'm not sure if this is good, but it should hopefully make for some varied naming (too bad most American cities have the same terrain...).
