Just asking, but is there some etiquette on patch submitting ? Should I
first send them to freeciv-dev, and then use bug tracking system, when
others think patch is ready for CVS ?
And by the way, is there some way to see, how long is the queue for
patches that are waiting for your review ? Just that I don't flood you
with them... 

Teemu Kurppa, who was previously wondering, where people got numbers
(PR) for patches...
