Actually, the difference should be elsewhere... That is, what's special
about the caravan is not that it can help with wonders but that it can
help hurry everything for a good price... What's special about wonders
in civ3 is not that they can't be hurried by caravans but that they
can't be hurried at all (except for great leaders)... So there should be
no "add to wonder" capability... I didn't check your code so perhaps
this is all redundant...
