        Sure. FreecivAC includes Stewart's "old" borders code, which 
calculates borders on both the server and the client. This means that 
different players can have different ideas about where their borders are 
(since the borders are calculated from city locations, and different 
players can see different cities, due to fog of war, while the server can 
see them all). I thought this was quite an intriguing solution, which 
could result in border disputes between players, but I think most people 
just found it confusing!

        Stewart's "new" borders code should be in the freeciv-dev archives 
somewhere. There were a few bugs in this code, but I believe he's been 
working on fixing them recently. I'm sure he'll be able to comment 
further. ;)
