The scrollbar patches only showed up while we were in the deepest
freeze, so I didn't put them in. As my local traincompany says, "Don't
feel bad abou missing this release, be glad that you were in good time
for the next" (s/train/release/). ;)
I don't feel that 1.12.0 has enough issues to want to release 1.12.0
with all the disruption of normal development that creates.
Hopefully the wait for the next release won't be as long as the wait
for 1.12.0, so it shouldn't be that bad.
In case you wonder why I haven't been on this list all weekend, I left
on a weekend trip just after releasing 1.12.0. (no internet at all).
I see that I missed the chance of a lifetime to beef up my karma rating
on slashdot when they ran the freeciv story :).
