I don't understand this. I found that there were
error in roads.spec: that is corrected with following changes:
 
 [grid_rails]

 x_top_left = 0
-y_top_left = 60
-dx = 30
-dy = 30
+y_top_left = 40
+dx = 20
+dy = 20

But it doesn't work still. I just didn't found reason for this.

This isn't a problem in my new city dialog :)
