My total amount of advocacy for this 12-letter change up until you
provided an in-depth analysis of the effects of entropy in Freeciv
rulesets on compressed sizes and society in general so far has been
the sentences "And I think we ought to allow case variations" and "so
you can write male instead of Male."

Short, rather.  Currently, all your paragraphs come across as one long
line.  Wrap at 72 and you'll be fine.
