oh and I almost forgot about "Leonardo's Workshop", which should
"upgrade one obsolete unit per turn". I see no reason, why should we not
let players upgrade units for money. It could cost the same amount as
new unit (this way it is in PG) and the advantage would be not reduced
experience.
