I should probably fix this myself, but i have some exams shortly :(

The science wonders does not work accumulative as in civ2.

payciv2:
A city with a library and uni will have a 100% bonus to science.
colossus will add some more trade arrows, thus more science
copernicus will add 50% to that
isaac newton will double science.

All these will happen in sequence, a city with 100 science will have 150
in science with copernicus, and 300 with copernicus and isaac newton. 

in freeciv, a city with both wonders will have 100 * (50+100) / 100 =
150 in science in total. 
Therefore, these science wonders are not as powerful as in payciv, and
IMHO, it should be changed.
