One question...
 
Why doesn't civserver (cvs)  allow any more connections with
USERNAME (not the name used in game)?

...and few suggestions:

1)Automated units (like units with goto order) shouldn't be centered (even with
"center on unit" option set).
 
2)In City dialog: Change button is now obsolete. I suggest that you
now just develop worklist dialog to be as handy as change-dialog is
(type/info/cost/turns).  

3)It would be nice if current production of city would be seen
(optionally, with small font) below the name of city (alpha centauri
does that way, and it's very handy!).
