[Freeciv-Dev] New Dutch translation (in sync with latest update from 16/3)

Hi,

I've put a dutch po file 'nl.po.bz2' on the ftp server.
My kids love it, so if its of any value to you, you're free to use it.
If possible I'll maintain it too. Be sure though to signal changes to
mee, as I will not always active monitor your site.

This translation was made without contact or assistance from the Dutch
language team, so perhaps they want to review it. It works for me
though.
