There are 40 nations, geografically :
Australia/Oceania - 1
South America     - 2
Africa            - 3
North America     - 4
Middle East       - 5
Asia              - 5
East Europe       - 6
West Europe       - 14 (!)

Way too Eurocentric ( and quite rasist - only 1
 black nation + 2 arab-or-black ).

Prepare for major nationset patch in foreseenable future
If anyone have some new nation locally, please publish it,
so balance will be better.
