Haven't tried it but at least it compiled... :)
Not sure if the ai gets it but multiplayer should work...
(Should work exactly as before - You'll have to edit the
ruleset Yourself to make things exiting...)
I hope I can do more later...

One thing that crossed my mind was to maybe have a more general
way of having a unit 'use/contain' 1 (or more) pop(s)...
Not sure it would be good but it's a thought... :)
