Please use,, helpdata.txt.en, etc.,
as the filenames, then this will already work when the code tree
is browsed on, if the Multiviews option is on.
(It definitely works with lynx, I'm not quite sure about other browsers.)

Incidentally, the Freeciv source code *is* available on,
but I can't publish the URL yet.
