Please use helpdata.txt.de, helpdata.txt.dk, helpdata.txt.en, etc.,
as the filenames, then this will already work when the code tree
is browsed on www.freeciv.org, if the Multiviews option is on.
(It definitely works with lynx, I'm not quite sure about other browsers.)

Incidentally, the Freeciv source code *is* available on www.freeciv.org,
but I can't publish the URL yet.
