Hello,

This has come up several times in the past but there's never been any
message to the list about it.

Please keep a few things in mind:

 * Try not to attach things to e-mails here unless they're small
 * If you must, keep it under about 35k at all times

Messages larger than that cause significant trouble.  Some people have
to pay for their connection based on connect time or data transferred,
and we need to respect that.  Some people's mail software has trouble
with large mail.

If you need to distribute something large, please put it on the Web
somewhere or ask someone else for help.

Large messages to the lists will shortly be bounced without delivery
in order to help avoid these troubles.
