I don't like special casing things like that for the AI. (Says I, just
after posting a special case autoattack patch for AI.)

Second, the coinage has a secondary effect, which is to avoid the AI going
into taxmen mode, which is good.

I just wish someone would write a new tax code, and bury the old one six
feet under. So many things would be simpler and could be done more correct
then.
