If you don't need "professional" quality colocation (i.e. with backup
power generator, redundant network connection, 24/7 monitoring, etc), I'm
sure you can find a member of the group willing to host your machine. 
John Alexander does that sort of thing, last I knew...
If you need something a bit nicer, you might check with Datility in Newton
(www.datility.net).  They're a bit on the expensive side, but they're good
to work with.
If money is your primary concern, you'll probably get a better deal
outside of Kansas, by shipping a machine, or having a colocation company
provide you with one.  Search google for some options along that route.
