I just wish a certain woman who shall remain nameless that works for SBC
ASI would do their commercials. About the time she told a customer their
shit didn't work and wasn't going to work for 3 days because the person in
Texas that had to make up the Word document she needed to do anything was
on vacation I would roll out of my seat and hit my head on the coffee
table.

Or how about the infamous "Well we had a disconnect order and a
corresponding connect order to complete your transition but we couldn't
read the phone number on the connect order so we just worked the
disconnect and we will get to the connect order on Monday. We can't do
anything until then because even though we know what you need done and the
people that need to do it are working tonight, it is 10 minutes to 5 and
the office that has to write up the orders left early because it is
Friday. I guess all your customers in that town will have to wait until
Monday to get online again."

Anyone got Tommy Lee Jones' home phone number ;-]

Chris
