Well this is sort of like expecting your dentist to diagnose your ingrown
toenail and then being disappointed when he gets it wrong.  Cox is a cable
television company.  They aren't an internet service provider.  Lots of
money does not necessarily translate into lots of clue.

There is an old saying: "If it was easy everyone would be doing it".
Seeing as how everyone is providing internet access now perhaps that
saying should be modified to "If it were easy to do right, everyone would
be doing it right".
