Yes, this is very interesting!  

Why don't they deal with the person making the complaints to come to
some reasonable solution for both parties, the person making the stream
of continious complaints and the vendor who sold the person the product
- so that everyone doesn't have to suffer from one person and one
incident.  I would hate to see the Saturday Sale banned because of
this.  Another situation where one incident ruins everyones fun - with
too much political/legal melodrama too boot.  

I wish that I knew more of what happened - more info helps form a more
intelligent opinion on the matter.  At this time I have to side with the
Saturday Sale and the vendors who try to give consumers more choices and
a bargain.  Personally I go to look and buy the linux and programming
