I trust that is a typo and you really meant 1 PM (please check your
message for context and correctness in times like these).  If not, then
I cannot emphasize too strongly the need for this information to be
passed to the FBI.

Thus far the prices have remained stable at $1.62 here in northern KS,
although I've heard reports of up to $3 in surrounding towns.  The state
of KS is urging residents to report jacked up prices to the state
Attorney General's office and they will investigate these reports (heard
on WIBW 580 AM radio out of Topeka).

My prayers and sympathy go out to the victims and their families.  This
is truly a sad day...
