Yeah, I seem to remember running into something like that, and I think
uncommenting the AddHandler item for CGI changed it - even thought I
wouldn't think they would be related.
I'm still trying to get CGIs to work, BTW, so if anyone would like to look
at my config files, I wouldn't mind sending them. It definitely isn't the
CGI syntax - they work on other sites and on the command line. The odd
thing is that I think I had apache working correctly on a previous
installation, and I've copied all the settings from that.
