I keep hearing conflicting stories on how much ADSL service actually costs. I
know Southwind charges $9.95/month for basic ISP service, and that SWBell has a
charge for the DSL setup. My friend was insisting that the SWBell charge
included basic telephone service too, but that sounded strange to me. I thought
the DSL charge was on top of whatever you already paid for phone service. Is
that true?

I'd like to get a faster connection, but at this point, I just can't justify
spending $50 a month more then I do now. However, if it really did include
phone service, it wouldn't be much of an increase at all. Is that just a dream?
