That's too bad.  I got in nearly on the ground floor and moved into a
full-blown (part time, but involved in everything) sysadmin position in
about six months.  SouthWind was a great place to work during the three
years I was there.  
 
I really miss it.  Boeing is worlds away from SouthWind.
