My experience with SouthWind is that they are moving away from the way of
moving entry-level people into admin possitions.  (Thus the reason I quit--I
wasn't moving as fast as they had initially indicated I would.)

SouthWind can still be a great place to work and get some experience under
your belt... but don't expect to move into a sysadmin job without a good
amount of previous experience already.  (It could be good preparation for an
entry-level sysadmin job elsewhere, tho... even if you're only working in
the Tech Support department.)
