[aclug-L] WSU parking

This is for all the non-students who attend ACLUG meetings (well,
anyone who doesn't have a WSU parking sticker).

I just got off the phone with the WSU police office, and she said all
you have to do is stop by the police office and ask for a 1-day guest
hangtag. They're open 24 hours.
