It sounds like it might be easier to create a new file system image,
mount it -o loop on an ext2 filesystem, copy over the ISO, modify it,
then re-create the ISO. Re: the bootable flag, I'm not sure -- check
the rdev values of the current one? Never tried to make a CD bootable
before, so :)
