Dreamhost Compatibility

Hi, I just read the message on this list about a 6.0 release candidate,
and I wanted to encourage everyone to keep up the good work.
OfflineIMAP is an excellent tool, and I'm happy to see that it keeps
getting better.

Before I started using Dreamhost (www.dreahost.com) as my mail provider,
I used OfflineIMAP with mutt and was very happy with the results.  Once
I started using Dreamhost, however, OfflineIMAP didn't work because the
id's of the IMAP folders would change periodically.   I contacted
Dreamhost support, and here's their response:

Will any of the new features planned in OfflineIMAP 6.0 make it possible
for me to use it again?  Do you need more information from Dreamhost to
make an educated guess?

Also, if what I want isn't possible, then what would be a good
workaround so that I could use OfflineIMAP again?
