I installed each of the systems I mentioned and played with them for about
an hour (except for Gnats, which I used to administer and knew way more
about it than I'd like to <g>)  Thanks to everyone for sending suggestions &
feedback; the two final contenders (RT2 & Roundup) I hadn't even known about
going into this.

Let me know if there is anything that is weird/doesn't make sense.  Each bug
system has its own idiosyncracies.
