And I wouldn't worry about using this list as an "advertisement platform".
If Hubris sucks rock damage, I'm sure we'll let you know.  Can't imagine
that it would tho... :>

I guess I am the the little bird the Matt is referring to. The fact is
that there is a new ISP presence in Wichita. It is an expansion of
Hubris Communications from western Kansas. In their market, they have
much the same reputation that SouthWind used to have regarding local
service and support. Myself, and several other members of the old
SouthWind management and operations core have joined this
organization. For us it is a move back to the basics of providing
quality Internet service to a local customer base.

I do not want to use this list as an advertisement platform, so if you
have specific questions, please send them to me directly. I will say
that we are currently able to provide dialup and xDSL services
(including SDSL) in Wichita. Also, of interest to this group, we are
using Linux for the primary server platform. Both Red Hat and
Slackware currently.
