[linux-help] Re: Wichita, KS dialup service providers?

I could have gone DSL with SWBell a while back for 39.95 with the setup
fee's waived. I may not understand intcon's ads but it sounds like they are
changing a fee plus what SWBell charges (Month to month price $39.95 per
month, plus telephone company charge of $59.00 per month. Total $98.95 per
month.) making the amount we would pay a lot more then the 39.95 I would
have had to pay with SWBell. Did I misunderstand something?
