Easy access for end-user IS definitely some argument here. :)
Anyway, thanks to this thread I learned about the existence of
gmane.network.gopher.general, so as far as I'm concerned, every option
will be okay for me, as long as this mailinglist-nntp gateway is
preserved :-)
