I shoved the code onto launchpad, under the gophervr project:
https://code.launchpad.net/gophervr
If you register an account, I'll give you commit access to the project. I'll
even package it for debian if/when one of us gets it to work properly (I think
the main reason it acts so freaking buggy is that the libgopher API has changed
subtly since the goperVR code has been updated).
