[gopher] OverbiteFF build 1398

Build 1398 has been released. This version includes David Meyer's Japanese
locale (which is excellent, I downloaded Firefox in ja-JP just so I could
play with it, nihongo no Firefox wa daisuki desu ;-), puts port 13 in the
whitelist so you can get daytime, and fixes a bug with weird characters in
hostnames. It has been also uploaded to Firefox addons, and is updated for
both FF2 and FF3.

Incidentally, I entered the addon in the Extend Firefox 3 contest. I doubt
it will win, but what the heck.

I think I have most of the bugs that remain shaken out now, so now the work
of bowdlerizing, er, backporting it to Core will begin.
