[Freeciv] Re: RTS version of Freeciv; need to change my email address

I'll have to take a look, but I'm not sure what these /contrib/utils/ things 
are. Are they in the source code download or something? What sourcecode do I 
need to download to do the porting I'm talking about ( and release to my 
project members ) ?
