OK, now I have the high-res map. I also modified the low-res map to put
the mythical nations (Mordor and D\'unedain, any others?) on the map ---
on Greenland and Madagascar (high-res), and on the South Shetland Islands
and Hawaii (low-res). I've always figured it would be an interesting
challenge to play from such a disadvantaged position (I often played real
world as England, which is similar), so now it's possible.
