Pretty sure I've made a similar patch in the past. As soon as we have
graphics for deep ocean it should go in I'd say...
Also we need some handling for triremes here. I'd say triremes just
shouldn't be allowed to move on deep ocean (as Per has argued elsewhere,
random death is a bad idea and should be scrapped; it is not really
needed for compatibility modes IMO).
