The Prussians were a medieval German nation. I think they will 
complement the Bavarians nicely.

Cities are mainly 20th century East Prussian cities, and the flag is 
the 1894-1918 royal Prussian banner. Leader list is unfortunately 
"stealing" names from German nation.

Flag image is made with autotrace from a Free image and cleaned up in 
Inkscape resulting in large filesize and crude eagle emblem. Looks good 
enough scaled down though.

I'll make a proper patch when nation and flag has been reviewed.
