S2.0 CVS 01 SEP 2005 GTK2 w/ Gnome Desktop / Debian Sarge

Start a new game. Position the mouse pointer over the handle that resizes
the main map (upper tabs) vs. the lower tabs. Turn mouse wheel up.

This switches to the pregame choose nation screen. There is no way back.
civserver is still running. Start button does nothing, cancel goes back to
the initial start screen.
