Using Inkscape, I actually drew the Iroquois flag. And as the 
"original" author, I.. ehm... release my work into the public domain 
using the, say, GPL license. :-)

It was a pretty straight-forward work, no curves, just straight lines. 
The blue is 100% RGB blue. It's supposed to be "the traditional blue of 
wampum shell beads" but I couldn't find any reference definition on the 
color.

I'll do the other stuff you requested after dinner.
