[Freeciv-Dev] newbie questions

hi 
i just started playing freeciv.
my previous civ experience is playing call to power.

a few quick questions.

is there a printable pdf verision of the civ manual or
just the wiki format?

if i am playing as a single player (version 2.0.2) how
do i change the ruleset?  i see civ1 civ2 and history
as options in /usr/share/freeciv, but i dont know how
to envoke them in begining game setup.

in the forums i see that 'bombard' for
cannons/artilery has been implemented - but it doesnt
seem to be an option in my games. how do i enable it?

also - is there a diplomatic way to expell foriegn
units from my territory without declaring war?

finally - i am using a laptop to play - so the keypad
settings for the movement keys are inconvienent.  how
do i change the key bindings?
